Our business Building Philosophy by Dennis & Ruth Williams Nikken "Royal Ambassadors”

This is an "Attitude" Business!! We have an unshakable belief in the products, the networking marketing industry, Nikken's marketing plan, the Nikken Corporation and in ourselves!  We let nothing affect our attitude and deter us from becoming Royal Ambassadors.
 
Listen to tapes, read good self help books, and avoid negative people and conversations. Remember the formula SW to the 6th power. (Some Will, Some Won't, So What? ... Stop Whining, Start Working, Somebody's Waiting!)

Never lose sight of your goal and never give up!

Prospecting:   Understand the definition of the Prospector. A prospector is one who explores an area for natural valuables such as gold, oil or diamonds. Prospecting is exploring ... not making, creating, convincing, persuading or selling .... exploring. You can't make anyone successful in any business.  If there was a driveway full of gravel and you were told there were a few diamonds scattered throughout the gravel ... what would you do? You would keep looking through the gravel until you found the diamonds, right? So many times we have good friends, etc. that we want to become successful more than they do. Don't get caught up in picking up a piece of gravel, holding it in your hand and saying, "please be a diamond!" It never will. Keep looking!   As Ruth says, “Find ‘em….Wind ‘em….and see who Runs!”

Approaching People:   We have done most of our business by doing group meetings in homes, hotel, libraries, grange halls, etc .... anywhere we can get people together. We excitedly called our friends and relatives and asked them if they had ever heard of "Magnetic Health Products?"   They hadn't, and we told them that neither had we .... until just recently. We told them of some of the things we had personally experienced or someone close to us had experienced, and that they needed to come to a presentation to see what the products are and to see and experience a demonstration.

After we personally sponsored about 15 people in the first six weeks, we concentrated on working in depth with our most committed people. We had a goal to personally sponsor two people per month after our first couple of months in the business.

Loaning Products: We have never loaned products, for a couple of reasons. 1) We never felt we had time to keep track of them and to chase them down. 2)  The mind is more powerful than a magnet and if our prospect hasn't been to a group presentation or at least listened to a CD or watched a DVD.... they will probably think the products are too expensive or think they couldn't work.  Get them to attend a presentation, either in a group or one-on-one.  Let them experience the products during the presentation if they have a need for one of the Promo pads or the Magboys. Demonstrate the Magsteps, have them sit on a Kenko Seat and give them a roll-out with the Kenko Creator while they're lying on a Kenko Pad. 

Once they've experienced the products and heard the "products results" others have had, they will usually become a Consultant and purchase products right away. If they are interested, but still a little skeptical….we may loan them a product as a last resort, but not as a rule. If you feel more comfortable loaning products, it's alright with us. There are successful Distributors that do loan products. It's just not our primary method of operation.

Emphasize the Business :  We have never left home to sell products ... we leave home to "inspire"!   In the process of inspiring, however, we sell a lot of products. If you share the complete picture, including the business opportunity with someone, you double your chance for success.  If upon the conclusion of your presentation, they tell you the timing isn't right for them to develop a business ... you can ask them to become a product user. If you only approach them about buying a Kenko Mini and they aren't interested ... you're done. You obviously can't ask them to become a distributor. You don't have the second chance to be successful.

Every customer we’ve ever had, came as a result of someone who was not interested in the business. Consider this: What if you only approached someone about buying products ... which they may or may not have done. Then .... six months later, you saw them being pinned as a new Silver Distributor at a Convention .... in someone else's downline!   When they saw you, they said "Why didn't you tell me about this phenomenal business opportunity?"   You can't tell who may or may not be interested.  Tell everyone the whole story .... and let them decide!   What do we get paid on in Nikken?  Products being purchased and used .... right?  Volume!   What would your friends rather have .... the greatest product in the world that you could sell them .... or an extra $5,000 a month?   Have you noticed that people get a lot more excited about Making Money than they do about Spending Money? 

When someone is interested in being in the business .... what do they do?   They buy everything that Nikken has to sell.  We did!   We wanted to use every product they had, and also purchased one of everything to have for display during our presentations.   We bought mattress pads and Magsteps for our children.  We were in the business!  Was volume created for Nikken?  You bet!  In fact, in our first 15 years in this business .... our organization has been responsible for hundreds of millions of dollars in wholesale volume!  Our upline earned a lot more money on that volume that was created because we were excited about the business than they ever would have trying to sell us a product. 

We love this business! We love hearing the "Thank You's", as people get dramatic results using these products.  We love helping people earn extra income for their family, whether it be $300 or $12,000 a month.  We love helping people qualify to have the company purchase a new vehicle for them.  If we could pay our bills with good feelings .... it would be worth being involved with Nikken. 

The Blitz:   Make a decision .... then become a Silver Distributor in the first 30 to 60 days in the business. Don't do what you can ... Do What Ever It Takes!  Go to http://www.pathfinders.biz and under "toolsl", print out the "Ignition Sequence Guide".  Study it, then do what it says!  Purchase one or more of the Wellness Home Paks so you'll have products to use and display.  Order your presentation materials .... 20 videos of Dennis doing a Wellness Preview from Blue Ribbon Video 800-533-2885.  Make your list of 100 or more people, pick out the top 20 and send them a video along with a short hand-written note telling them why you want them to watch it.  Also enclose a short letter from your sponsor/upline that also encourages them to watch it from their perspective.  Find 4 to 6 people that get excited about Nikken and have them do what you have just done.  Just think of how many "Wellness Previews" your downline will be watching in a very short period of time. You will soon become a Silver!  It's as simple as that.  Duplicate ... Duplicate ... Duplicate!  Follow-up ... Follow-up ... Follow-up!
